We source, acquire, and manage freehold blocks of flats and residential assets with strong rental fundamentals and long-term growth potential. Our focus is on identifying opportunities where value can be added through refurbishment, optimisation, and strategic asset management.

Our Track Record

Since launching, we have completed and managed multiple residential investment projects across Yorkshire, typically ranging from 3 to 20+ units and valued between approximately £300k and £2.75m.

Our experience includes acquisitions, title splitting, refurbishment, refinancing, and long-term portfolio management.

The two most recent acquisitions for our own portfolio include a block of 3 flats in Scarborough & a block of 2 flats in York.
